Summative Evaluation

In our first topic, we read about Tim Berners, who had something like a vision about the World Wide Web in the late 80s. At that time the network was mostly used by the Governments. Soon the guys that often did the technical part of the www, soon started to share their personal talents in a "Powerful" way.
In 1993 the text and number originated tool went to colourful that was now called Internet. Seemingly, over night, millions began to start going online or what they call "surf" the web filled with information and entertainment. Soon, the access spread using dial-up then came the demand for faster connection like fibre optics.

With this explosive internet publishing tool, people began to create weblogs, and a popular site called YouTube

Ne then went throught Weblogs, a complex but a "Powerful" tool. Because we can add topics and for other readers to comment, like one on Teacher and class blogs and another one that I like doing was Poasting a comment on a BLOG

My snowmobile drag sled

I've been racing drags for over 10 years now. My snowmobile is a 96' Formula III 600 triple.

Over the next 2 years I began to try improve my speeds, back then we did 1/4 mile. I began working on the clutching, carb tuning and exhaust system. My first set of pipes were called Trident trail pipes made by Team F.A.S.T. At the same time I installed a set of VForce reeds, with a pair of red flex skis. Lets not forget the track studs, I always use Woody's 1"chisels. For 2 years I slowly began to realize that the only thing I ever gained was getting my top speed quicker not better speeds.. I realized too it was awfully heavy but I liked the looks of the F 2000 chassis.
So I began to look into some options about reducing weight by not spending any money, and I also began to understand horsepower to weight ratio, centrifugal force, and dynamics of the sled. In the year 2000, I happen to find a Mxz S 2000 chassis which is was much lighter then the one I have been using.

So I before I could place my engine, I did some grinding, remove all the unnessary brackets, anything that kept my sled heavy. I even went to the extremes by taking off the foot rests and the steel parts, but trying to maintain  the rigidity from getting too much flexing or a breaking of the body. When I was done doing all the grinding, I bought a more proper drag racing pipes called The Crankshop, and asked friends who are good at porting engines. I was given Iantomasi Track N' Trail. The one that approached me was a Polaris racer, but later raced ski-doo was Philip Tagoona who died 2009 because of cancer, we love you.

2003, My first attempt, I won because I everone else was sloppy at their setting. Even me, I ran too rich but luckly, I won. Also it was our last time to run 1/4 mile. Ater that we began running 660'. It took me another 2 years to figure the clutching. From 2006, 07, 08 my new teammate  raced for me because he was 20 lbs lighter than me so he won every race but in 2009 I sold it to a young fellow. I tried to give him a hand but he was scared because he could not handle the horsepower, and it was his first time to race.

I ended up buying the racer back, well because it belongs to me anyways. And I was happy to win the Memorial Philip Tagoona drag race. I dedicated the win to his family, and was extremely happy to get the flag back and go back on top from a terrible start in the 600class.
